Anguilla secures three medals at Caribbean Teachers Union Games in St Kitts

THE VALLEY, Anguilla, July 27 ———–Anguillian athletes won a  silver medals and two bronze at the recent Caribbean Teachers Union (CUT) Games held in St Kitts on July 23-24.

T’Arah Niles won a silver medal in the high jump with a height of 1.40m and a bronze in the cricker ball throw with a distance of 52.29m in the girls under 13 competitions.

Her counterpart Richelle Meade won the bronze medal in the under 15 girls high jump with a height of 1.53m.

Fourteen countries participated in the Games including athletes from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and the OECS countries.
